About Us
Meet Jessica
As the owner and founder of Clear Horizons, Jessica has shaped our approach through her own path of growing and healing. She’s faced hard times, confronted her fears, and learned to quiet her inner critic. Sleepless nights filled with anxiety, days when her ego ran unchecked, and moments of utter loss have all been part of her journey. Each struggle taught her something valuable. Jessica learned that being real with yourself, flaws and all, is the first step toward true growth. She believes that even in our hardest moments, inner strength is always present. That belief inspired her to create a practice where others can access that same sense of possibility.

Jessica is committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment where clients can show up exactly as they are. She fosters a space filled with understanding, patience, and genuine support. In her sessions, clients are encouraged to explore their experiences openly, discover their strengths, and work toward building a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.

She works with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or the feeling of being stuck, as well as couples who want to strengthen their connection and communication. Jessica has witnessed countless transformations and firmly believes that every person, and every relationship, has the ability to grow and change. Her role is to guide, empower, and walk with clients as they tap into their own potential.

To Jessica, asking for help is a courageous act and an important first step toward clarity and healing. She considers it an honor to accompany clients on their journeys of self-discovery. With her support, you’ll build on your strengths, learn new skills, and gain the confidence to create the life you’ve been envisioning.

The Clear Horizons Approach

Our approach to counselling is collaborative and integrative. We draw from several proven methods, including Transpersonal, Family Systems Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered, and Gestalt orientations. This blend allows us to explore your personal story and family history, understand how they influence your present, and consider new perspectives that support meaningful change.

During our sessions, we might:

-
Look at how your family history shapes your current experiences
-
Identify recurring themes in your relationships and decisions
-
Question long-held assumptions about yourself and others
-
Develop practical ways to manage stress and setbacks
We adapt our therapeutic approach to your unique needs and goals. This may include exploring family dynamics, examining relationship patterns, or challenging beliefs that hold you back. We'll always move at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on what matters most for your growth and well-being.
Throughout our time together, you'll find that we're not just passive listeners. We're actively engaged in your process, offering insights, asking thought-provoking questions, and providing tools you can use daily. Our approach is both compassionate and practical, aiming to help you not only understand your challenges but also develop concrete strategies to overcome them.
